From a 70cl bottle kindly shared by Cunningham. Pours clear amber without any head. Herbal honey aroma with notes of fruits, spices and bitter herbs. Very sweet, as excepted, but also more interesting flavours just honey. Some bitterness is present and quite nice herbal flavour. Not really a favourite, but fairly tasty.

Draft @ Taphouse, Copenhagen. Pours a dark amber ruby color with no head. Has a fruity spicy honey aroma. Sweetish spicy honey flavor. Has a sweetish spicy honey finish.

Keg at Taphouse CPH, RBESG ’15 day 3, 22/08/15. Amber with reddish hues and no head. Nose is sweet, honeycomb, caramel, light berry fruit. Taste comprises booze fumes, aniseed, dark fruit notes. Full bodied, cloying mouth feel, sweet and boozey I’m the close.

Bottle at Danish Ratebeer Summer Gathering 2015, Ulfborg. Pours clear brown with no head. Aroma of floral honey, caramel, toffe and light fruit. Flavour is heavy sweet. Medium bodied with alcohol warmth in the palate and no carbonation.

Bottle@RBESG2015, Day 3, Copenhagen - pours amber with no head. Aroma and taste is very sweet with honey, caramel, nutty, some dark fruity notes, sweet finish.

Sampled @ Danish Summer Gathering 2015 Dunkel orangebraune Farbe. Geruch nach dunklen Beeren, Honig, sehr alkoholisch. Geschmack sehr süß, Honig, dunkle Beeren, brennend alkoholisch.

Der süße Antrunk hat bereits vom Beginn an alkoholische Noten. Leider wird der alkohol stärker, das Met wässriger und die Honignoten nehmen komplett ab. Kräuternuancen im Hintergrund. 9/9/8/8/8/9

Sampled at 8th Danish Ratebeer Gathering, Ulfborg 2015, day 2. Clear amber color, no head. Strong aroma of alcohol, apple and honey. Taste alcohol, sweetness, caramel, dark fruits, honey. Not bad actually.

Clear nutty color with no head. Honey, fruity and some alcohol in the aroma. Full body. Oily and a bit rich sweetness. Honey, sherry fruity, nutty and some alcohol flavor. Some sticky alcohol and to much sherry feeling.
