Our West Coast IPA is brewed true to style using cascade, chinook and mosaic hops. It's bright golden in color with a fresh bouquet of tropical and resinous hops - think fresh pineapple, blue spruce, passionfruit and hints of lemongrass. Expect a vibrant burst of tropical bitterness up front, complemented by a clean, biscuity backbone that brings everything into balance. Crispy, refreshing & savory!

355ml can. Clear golden with a huge frothy white head. Aroma of resin, pine, grapefruit. Taste is very resinous, piney, orange and grapefruit, mildly herbal and dank, prominent bitterness throughout. Medium bodied.

Can from Total Wine in Santa Rosa, CA. Can gushed. Pours clear gold with a moderate (post-gush) white head. Aroma of pine and mixed citrus. Med plus body. Quite smooth. Dry and bitter. Lots of pine and some resin with grapefruit thrown it. A resin/earth tang persists almost forever. Good stuff.

Can from Utobeer. It pours clear golden with a fluffy white head. The aroma is sticky, sappy, pine, tangy citrus, grapefruit, pomelo and candied lemon. The taste is firmly dry, punchy bitterness which lingers throughout, green, grassy, pine needles, nip of booze, pithy, zesty, waxy lemon peel, grapefruit, pomelo, peppery spice and a pretty clean malt base. Finish is dry and bitter. Classic west coast. Straightforward but rewarding.
