Clear butterscotch, very small off white head, decent lacing. Aroma is floral, white pepper, touch of green apple. Flavor follows, light plus sweetness, some green some tartness, lemon zest and pepper spice. Medium body, prickly carbonation.

Draft at the source. Poured a slightly cloudy yellow-orange color with a off-white medium sized head. Aroma had a nice funk character to it. Apples, sweetness. Aroma was light apple, spice. Easy to drink could use a bit more funk, but quite decent.

Draft at the source. Cloudy straw color, fluffy white head that settles quickly. Aroma favors the funky barnyard notes with dusty apple flesh in the background. Taste is fruity and farmy, with earthy haystacks. Nice ti see a saison at a very quaffable abv!
