Part of the 9 sample selection I had inside the Four Queens Casino, in Downtown Las Vegas on 20th July 2014. Light brown with a weak tanned topping for a head. The nose was a little hard to find, some nuts and a semi-sweet malt aroma maybe. The flavour followed the same lines. Mild sweetness from the malts with a nut trace or two. Medium bodied and decent enough.

Sampled on draft at the brewpub this beer poured a very dark brown color with orange highlights and a medium sized creamy beige head that left decent lacing. The aroma was dryish wood and a touch of nut. The flavor was dry, roasty and bitter with a sour malty note and a hint of dark fruit. Medium length finish. Medium body. Meh.
