Honey, grass, and alcohol aroma. Pale yellow. Moderately sweet honey and mildly bitter alcohol and hay flavor. Good body. Pleasant - straight forward mead.

750 ml wax dipped bottle bought in Montana on the Hwy 2 road trip. Aroma is honey, floral, minerals, melon. Pours a still pale gold. Taste is sweet and alcoholic, and is a bit like a honey-spiked sauvignon blanc; notes of grass, solvent, paper. Has a very faint, almost undetectable carbonation. I think it tastes good, even with the offnotes.

Blond color. Mild aroma, wax and some wine. Semi-dry mouthfeel, glue, wine, some bitterness in the final.
In Germany they sell mead like this for 3 euros. Not good.

Some haze, has a little sweet honey character, with a bit of toasty character, so it’s not the greatest.

750mL bottle, pours a hazy dark-ish golden yellow with a few bubbles. Aroma brings out medium sweet honey and moderate acidity. Flavour is quite thin, with lots of acidity, citric notes and mellow honey. Nothing offensive, but it's not a complex or elegant mead. Meh.

Bottle. Crystal clear very pale yellow color. Aroma is very floral, lots of perfume. Taste is also floral, just an edge if sweetness, dryish finish. Tasty.
