Bottle ordered directly from the brewery online and consumed at home, Attenkirchen Saturday 19th October 2019 listening to the new album by DIIV called Deceiver. A simple but straightforward Wheat beer that would have probably been appreciated more on a summers day. A little citrus, lemon, wheaty but not offering much more. Fine.

1000ml bottle. Cloudy, yellow-ish, pale golden colour with small, frothy, fading, minimally lacing, white head. Wheaty and spicy aroma, lots of coriander, hints of fennel. Taste is citrusy fruity, hints of mandarine and orange zest, lemon zest, widely disguised wheaty background; slightly watery passages.

Bottle at Danish Ratebeer Summer Gathering 2015, Ulfborg. Pours hazy pale golden with a white head. Aroma of citrus, light floral notes, herbal notes, bread and coriander. Flavour is light moderate sweet and moderate bitter. Light to light medium bodied with light carbonation.

Bottle, 4.5%. Slightly hazy yellow with small white head. Aroma is malt, wheat, coriander and spices. Flavour is malt, wheat, yeast, sweet, coriander, spices and a little sticky.

Sampled @ Danish Summer Gathering 2015 Trübes blass goldgelbes Bier mit einer geringen weißen Schaumkrone. Geruch bananig, hefig, Gewürze, Koriander. Geschmack mild bananig, hefig, süß, wenig Gewürze.

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Hazy pale yellow with a white head. Aroma is sweet, wheaty and coriander. Flavor is medium sweet and light bitter. Sweet finish. Highish carbonation. 290815
