Sampled at 8th Danish Ratebeer Gathering, Ulfborg 2015, day 2. Clear pale yellow color, small white head. Smell and taste like a typical witbier: sweetish, coriander, perhaps some other herbs or spices and a slight artificial citrussy hint. Low to average body and carbonation. Meh at best.

Ziemlich bitterer Antrunk mit schnell milder werdenden Apfelnoten. Koriander, recht trocken, zum Ende abflachend. Insgesamt rund, erfrischend. 10/9/9/9/10/9

1000ml bottle @ PBF IX, thanks Timo A.

Pours hazy yellow with a foamy head. Aroma of spices, ripe fruits, floral notes, mild leather. Taste is sweetish, spicy and floral with some ripe fruits, yeast and leather. Finish is yeasty and a bit stuffy with some sweet ripe fruitness. Decent.

100 cl bottle @ PBF Ⅸ, BBE
Aroma is slightly stale with soapy citrus and yeasty tones. Also some dough tones. Foamy palate. Flavour has some soapy citrus, yeasty notes and dough. Also hints of apricot. Slightly musty and not the most typical witbier.
