A Pilsner for a Legend
Ten years of our legendary Capitano at Garage Universidad deserves something truly special — so we brewed exactly that. Stef is a super clean West Coast Pilsner, as effortlessly brilliant as the man himself.
We pushed Diamond yeast to its limits, letting it free rise through fermentation to unlock a bouquet of aromatic esters that take this pils somewhere special. Bitterness is dialled back to an easy, pint-after-pint level, before a dry hop of three OG badboys — Simcoe, Centennial, and Ekuanot — bring the dank, fruity finish home.

On tap at Ambasada, Zagreb. Shared with Marko. Clear golden, small white head. Aroma is grainy and herbal, slightly grassy and piney. Light body, slightly creamy, not too crisp. Light body, dry, bitter resinous finish.

Tap at Ambasada, thx Hrabren! Almost clear golden body, thick off-white head. Bit rubbery, resinous, lightly sweetish aroma. Lean, dry taste, herbal, resinous, bit vegetal, bitterish soft, low carbonation. Okay

Canned 440ml. -at Ambasada Zagreb. Yellow/pale golden coloured, medium sized white head, lively carbonation, grainy and light floral nose. Grainy, floral, light fruity, quite strong bitterness and grassy touch in the finish. Easy-drinkable.
