Hazy straw color. A little yeast in the aroma. Some sourness and light flavor of a wheat beer. It is lightly tart, enough to be recognizable as a Berliner weisse.

Sample at the 2014 Infected Chimipalooza on 11/01/2014. Slightly hazy pale yellow-gold color with a thin white head that dissipates quickly to an outer ring. Spotty lacing. Aroma of fruit and wheat. Light-bodied with flavors of mildly tart lemons and herbal wheat. The finish is fruity with a short zesty lemon aftertaste. Slightly above average overall.

Cloudy yellow, loose weak head dies quickly. As expected. The aroma is malty with sort of a yoghurt tang. Sweet up front...the yeast is a bit footy/stale tasting and then the tartness comes in a bit late. Ok for style.

Bottle at the RBWG 2014 grand tasting, thanks! Pours a hazy light yellow with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has notes of lemons that are slightly tart with some sweet wheat and light earthiness. Flavor has more musty wheat with a light lemon note and a bit of tartness as well.

Bottle courtesy of nuplastikk, thanks! Cloudy pale yellow color, fluffy white head. Aroma of subtle white pepper, stale straw. Taste is peppery white bread dough, lemon. Dry and dusty finish. Not quite as sour or funky as most berliners.

Tap at Old Fashioned. Hazy yellow-tan body. Big, frothy, steady white head. Tart and lemony, thin watery body. Doesn’t quite nail it, but has some pleasant sour wheat tones. Not quite dialed in, kind of farmy and wild. Lemon and lactic oddness. I like it, but it could use a little work.

500mL bottle poured into an old school wide mouth Blvd goblet. Pours dull yellow, murky, can’t see thought it, looks dirty. Aroma has a strong spiked tart lacto character. It’s totally clean with a bit of sweet and husky corn malt quality. Still nice. Flavor is cleaner with a spiked tart character with a faint eggy lacto. Nice sharp carbonation makes the beer very easy drinking.
