Clear dark brown to black beer, big aery irregular beige brown head, falls down quickly, non adhesive. Aroma: pretty oxidized, soy sauce, good dark roast, lots of alcohol, some whisky, a hint of maple syrup, some coffee notes, caramel touch. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: sweet and sugary start, good roast, caramel, some chocolate, a hint of maple syrup, gentle acidity. Aftertaste: more chocolate, nice roast, lots of caramel, some alcohol, gentle roast, sugary, sweet malts, pleasant.
