Clear light amber and copper coloured body with a nice, two centimetre tall off-white head. Aroma of citrus, light malt, toffee and a bunch of earthy and English hops. Medium to Full-bodied; Strong rich malt flavours up front with a bitter hoppy bite from the grassy and more assertive earthy notes along with some sweetness near the end and a rich alcohol bite. Aftertaste shows the bitter hops all throughout with a bunch of grassy and floral hop elements near the end along with the toffee and caramel sweetness. Overall, a very nice and well-balanced Imperial IPA that’s on the verge of a ’typical’ IPA, but shows good character and has some nice flavours. I sampled this twelve ounce can purchased from Whole Foods in Pentagon City (Arlington), Virginia on 03-September-2016 for US$1,99 sampled at home in Washington on 18-January-2017.

At a tasting, thanks, smallish head, cloudy orange color, floral and onion aroma, onion, grapefruit and shrubs flavor, very dry, mellow medium strong bitterness, peachy aftertaste. Fresh and really enjoyable.

Can sample at a tasting at Dancing Camel. Thanks Alon. Hazy golden. Nice fruity, citric and tropical hops aroma, a bit oniony. Flavor is quite dry, just slightly sweetish, with nice bitter fruity and piney hops. Medium-bodied. Good.

Canned 5/12/16, drunk 8/13/16.
Kind of opened this as a joke, seeing how it was 3 months old. But it poured with plenty of life. A large, white, well-retained head atop a lightly hazy, tangerine-peach-golden body.
And the nose is sublime! Wow, this is a hell of a beer, showing no flaw whatsoever and soft, juicy, fuzzy hops, with a slight dank edge and plenty of nectarine, tangerine, lemon and orange. You’d expect the malt to have taken over at this point, but it still shows a good balance, and the malts are seemingly well-attenuated, leaving very light honey and biscuit behind. Soft mineral notes are enjoyable and there’s no sign of alcohol.
The flavor balance is wonderful as well, showing honey-biscuit and stone fruit-like juiciness. Soft grapefruit, tangerine and orange notes add moderate bitterness and little, if any, resin. Moderate carbonation is quite engaging and the beer drinks incredibly easily. Would love to try more from these guys. Obviously the brewer here is excellent.

On tap at Max’s in Baltimore. Slightly hazy light golden with a decent long lasting off white head. Huge pine citrus and tropical fruits on the nose with some faint bread underneath. Flavor follows the aroma quite well. Beautiful well made beer!

Sampled on draft this beer poured a bright yellow-gold color with an enormous creamy yellow-white head that lingered forever and left great lacing. The aroma was dryish, citric and perfumey. The flavor was dry, tart and citric with some perfume and chalk. Long finish. Lightish body. Disappointing.
