“El Buey” in Arica charges with the raw power of the Pacific. A West Coast IPA with a clean line and a solid backbone.

Brewed with Pale Golden Promise and Chit malts, laying down a light, crisp biscuity base that holds everything together without getting in the way of the hops.

We’ve used Simcoe in the whirlpool to build a resinous, balanced bitterness with a clean, dry finish.

And for the first time at Basqueland, Elani drops into the dry-hop, bringing bright, modern fruit: lime, guava and melon riding over a dry, snappy, highly drinkable frame.

A wave of aroma. A dialled-in bitterness. An IPA that hits like a set rolling in.

Can at home. Lightly hazy golden color, white head. Aroma is relatively faint, only moderately hoppy. Flavor is malts, again not very outspoken. Relatively 'low key' hoppiness so to speak. Hmm okay.

Creamy white head on an unclear dull golden coloured body. Medium bodied, softly carbonated over the tongue with a foamy cloying back.
Peach, peppery, dank & lime tastes with an extremely bitterly hopped finish.
All a bit mixed up but great stuff

Tap at BierCab. Cloudy golden, offwhite cream. Medium to full creamy body, well balanced dry to sweet melon hops, a
Bit kiwi, and gooseberry in the finish. Jammy but pleasant
