It is considered polite in Belgium to stand for a toast. Stand now, and raise a glass to sweet aromas of orange and spice, light-creamy flavor and a refreshing finish. Here’s looking at you, Wit.

On tap at St. Augistine’s. Pours a hazy pale golden (similar to apple ciders) with a white head. Aroma is spices, citrusy. Same character taste with some sour notes and residual sweetness. Not bad, but this stuff tastes like a hybrid of pale ale and witbier, definitely not a Belgian Witbier.

Golden hazy with a stark white head. Classic. Spicy, some light sweet fruit, a bit wheat and hay. Medium bodied. Medium spice on the finish. Decent.

Bottle share from Jeremy. Definitely had the nice light body expected from a wit; solid wheat, grain, bread taste and aroma. Airy, yet substantial. Enjoyable and tasty
