Inspired by NRG pastry chef Tiffany MacIsaac’s wonderful figgy toffee pudding dessert; full-bodied, decadent malt-driven strong ale brewed with 30 pounds of Virginia-grown figs, as well as brown sugar, cinnamon & nutmeg.

Pours dark reddish brown, small tan head, decent lacing. Aroma is quite spicy, toffee, prunes, Thanksgiving spices. Flavor follows, quite spiced, sweet with little bitterness, kind of like a pumpkin beer. Not bad, but too spicy.
