Dark copper clear, ring of white foam. Medium bodied. Caramel malt aroma, hops taste with malt backbone and bitter malty finish.

16 ounce can. Bright orange copper color. Small frothy beige head leaves nice clinging lace. Subtle toasted malt aroma. Flavor upfront is toasted malt, caramel and dried fruit. Medium bodied. Creamy mouthfeel. A hint of spicy bitterness on the backend. Well balanced and flavorful.

Can from Maple Shade location. Pours clear rich copper-amber with large spongy beige head, mild caramel malt aroma, adequate carbonation, mildly sweet caramel malt-cereal taste, smooth body, medium finish. Very nice brew.

At the source: pours amber with a white head. Aroma is caramel and malty and the like. Taste is sweet. Low hoppiness. Some bread. Simple and what it should be.

4 oz draft pour at Iron Hill Newark. Thanks to my friend Mike for the taste. Golden brown with off-white head. Aromas of sweet fruit, caramel, light herb. Tastes of sweet fruit, malt, caramel. Medium body with a dry finish.
