Tap. Pours hazy golden yellow, medium white head, good lacing. Aroma is very floral, citrus, pot. Flavor is light sweet, light bitter, grassy, citrus, cat piss. Medium body.

4 oz pour on draft at Bluejacket. Slightly hazy golden yellow with off-white head. Aromas of funk, citrus fruit and peel, light floral notes. Tastes of funk, citrus fruit and peel, floral notes. Medium body with a dry finish. Quite nice.

On tap at the brewery on opening night. Pours a clear gold with some spitty, white head. Classic nose, sweet, some candy, pepper, grass, lemon. Flavor is sweet, malty, lemon, pepper, grass, light cheese rind. Clean finish. Solid saison.

Draft at Snallygaster 2013. This poured a nice bright golden yellow color with a medium sized white head. Aroma had some nice light straw and spice notes, some yeast funk in there. Flavor was nice and spicy, tasty juicy hop notes, and some herbal, black pepper notes. Pretty tasty!
