With a little tip of the hat to our scientific, pioneering neighbors we created the innovative atom smasher limited run artisan beer.
A heft, full-bodied lager reminiscent of Marzen beers from days gone by. However, this beer is aged in our oak foudres to add a complexity unmatched by the imported version of Oktoberfest beers today. Just add Ledersosen!

Can from Binny's Chicago. Hazy amber, thin, off-white head. Aroma of biscuit, brioche, caramel, red apple, dried banana, plum. Taste has sweet apple & banana over caramelly, brioche-like, bit nutty maltiness with a yeasty note. Herbal hoppy finish, ripe fruit, caramel and soft liqueur-like alcohol. Medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation. Pretty good stuff.

Two brothers atom smasher  BA Oktoberfest that is a clear orange color with no head. A bit of tannic oak and a prune/apricot stone fruit character. The taste is dry, oaky caramel , molasses and clean. Quite nice. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

I’ve really been going after the oktoberfests this season. Fine copper pour very little head. Nose is oak and light caramel. Tastes of old caramel, biscuits, hay, cardboard, herbal, flannel shirt and oak. Dry and slightly boozy but I kind of dig it.
