A team of Pussycat Pilots flying jets in a Parade? This you have to see! This Black Rye IPA is brewed at our little farmhouse. Dark colors mixed with a 20% rye bill for that great rye flavor! Finished with Columbus hops to compliment this beer nicely with a light citrus flavor, without overwhelming.

3oz pour at Max’s Belgian Fest 2014. Pours a hazy amber with some creamy white head. Nose of pepper, spice, some pleasant hop, orange. Flavor is rubbery, malt, spice, yeast, orange, a little wet burlap. Crackery finish.

Growler from the source. Pretty much black, beige head. Aroma of bright pine dipped in cocoa and roasted coffee beans. Taste is cocoa powder, burnt toast, brown sugar, licorice. Interesting.
