12 ounce can, 8/19/18. Clear golden, vibrant, a hint of a head. Aroma of dry apples, apple skins, and I got a whiff of funk upon opening the can though it doesn't seem to be in the aroma. Taste is sweet followed by dry apple and pear. Thin, simple, but well executed and tasty.

On tap at Schilling, pours a hazy blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out medium sweet apples, some apple core and a touch of caramel. Flavour tastes like ripe apple cores, with medium sweetness and some prominent pithy notes. Apple cores galore - this works pretty well. Nice one.

Draft - Cooked apple. Pale gold. Sweet, light apple and a light rounded finish. Not crisp, but rounded and a bit boring.

Government shutdown beverege #3, thank you Congress. Hazy light straw color. Aroma of fresh apple flesh and dried apple skins. Taste is light applesauce. Simpler and cleaner than a House floor speech.

Sampled at the 2013 Chicago Cider Summit. Pours a clear pale gold with a white head that starts and remains at the edges. Aroma has a nice dry apple note with a touch of tartness and a bit of sweetness. Flavor is dry as well with mainly tart apples.

4oz pour at Churchkey is a crystal clear gold with zero head and medium carbonation. Nose is sweet apples, honey, pears, flowers. Flavor is sweet, apple juice, honey, apple skins, Granny Smith tartness. Medium bodied, slick finish. A refreshing tartness on the palate.

Bottle thanks to SS. Pours with a mostly clear yellow body with minimal signs of carbonation. Some particles at the bottom. Aromas are lightly acidic, lemon zest, very ripe apples, fresh apple sauce (pulpy), some light baked bread notes, a hint of spice, light tannins. Flavors are slightly sweet up front but finish decently dry. Very minimal tannins, semi dry, floral, medium to low acidity (a bit of a tang, but not a huge amount). A bit zesty, refreshing and very easy to drink. Very light carbonation with a light bodied. A very nice "common" cider.

From Skyview. I like this quite a bit. Light sugar and apple in the aroma, but not adjuncts. One of the dryer ciders I have had, apple aroma, apple flavor, but not much sweetness at all. A little sourness. Clear appearance. It is a good change from some of the super-sweet ciders.
