Bright and deep gold. Thin head. Fairly bitter, some grassy hop, nice robust biscuity malt base.

On tap. Pours a dull amber with moderate head. Aromas of soft piney hops and doughy malts. Flavors follow same; a bit brighter. Clean and malty but not very exciting.

On tap at August, pours a clear bright golden with a small white head. Nose reveals quite an allium character to the hops, with a touch of pine, some citrus, and just enough biscuity malt to back. Flavour is dominated by the allium—this has gotta be Citra, right?—with some piney bitterness and a grainy malt base. The balance and structure are decent, the hop expression less so. Pleasant.
