Light tart apple overpowered by a decent amount of sugary sweet apple. A solid apple juice flavor overall that is aided by the sweetness. Light booze heat in the finish. Crispy, tangy finish that I wasn’t expecting with all the sweetness. Good but a tad sweet for me.

Bottle. Gold, vanishing white mousse. Aroma of sweet apples, vanilla, some wood. Medium carbonation. Sweet with some tarter apples, no cooked apples. Dries out with some skin and astringency. Straightforward but a decent drink I’d have again.

Bottle. Hazy golden color with champagne bubbles and a white edge head. Aroma of sweet apple flesh. Taste is sweet as well. Not bad.

Bottled. A golden cider with a thin white head. The aroma has notes of sweet apples. The flavor is sweet with notes of apples, but still with a slight mouthpuckering acidity, leading to a tart finish.
