On cask at Meridian Pint. Pours a very hazy bright, neon yellow with some cloudy white head. Nose is really odd, tons of fresh green chile pepper, raw red bell pepper, some peppercorn, soap. Doesn’t smell one bit like beer. Flavor is prickly and peppery, herbal. Slick and prickly finish. Very strange.

Gravity cask. Cloudy chalky yellow color. Aroma of soapy chili peppers, black pepper. Taste is a bit papery, fruity, but not in a pleasant combo.

Cask at Meridian Pint. Poured a cloudy yellow color with a small white head. Aroma was almost a pretty spicy note (must be ginseng). Flavor was spice, some light fruits. A strange, but interesting brew variation.
