Sample from jerrycan at Carnivale Brettanomyces 2025, John Versyck blending workshop. Didn't take many notes, just enjoyed good beers and good company. What I do remember: Almost 4 years old, of which around 2 years in jerrycan. Hazy, horse stable, citrus, subtle lemon, bit grainy, wood, dry, some leather, hints of peach.

MBCC. From Foeder 21. Clear golden with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, citrus, wood and barnyard. Flavor is quite sweet and moderate acidic. Dry and moderate acidic finish. 230525

Outta the box at Hopa. Yellow pour, no head. Nose is acidic, low funk, some sweetness. Taste is moderately funky, somewhat grape-y, low sweetness again, some fruits also appear. Soft carbo, light body, medium finish.
