Bottle. Taste like apricot juice in beer. Smells like apricot juice in beer. Golden color. Tiny bubble creamy head. Not crazy about fruit beers.

Tastes like deliciousness! Very very very apricot, but if you buy this and not expect apricot, then you are an idiot.

12 ounce bottle into pint glass, bottled on 1/27/2016. Pours crystal clear golden yellow color with a 1-2 finger dense white head with good retention, that reduces to a small cap that lingers. Light spotty lacing clings on the glass, with a good amount of streaming carbonation retaining the cap. Aromas of apricot, peach, pineapple, wheat, cracker, and light herbal/grassy earthiness. Nice and pleasant aromas with good balance of fruit and light-moderate pale malt notes; with solid strength. Taste of apricot, peach, pineapple, wheat, cracker, and light herbal/grassy earthiness. Minimal herbal/spicy hop bitterness on the finish; with lingering notes of apricot, peach, pineapple, wheat, cracker, and herbal/grassy earthiness on the finish for a short bit. Good robustness and balance of fruit and light-moderate pale malt flavors; with a good malt/bitterness balance, and zero cloying flavors after the finish. Medium-high carbonation and light body; with a very smooth, crisp, clean, dry, and slightly grainy mouthfeel that is okay. Zero warming alcohol as expected of 4.7%. Overall this is a decent fruit beer. All around solid robustness and balance of fruit and light-moderate pale malt flavors; very smooth, crisp, clean, and refreshing to drink. Watery/lacking in mouthfeel, and pretty one dimensional in flavors; but this was still fairly tasty and enjoyable.

Bottle. A- Apricots, fruity, sugar, sweet. A- Golden orange color, clear liquid, no head. T- Apricots, medium sweetness, P- Light body, average texture, high carbonation, sweet finsh. O- Almost good. The apricot was artificial and too sugary tasting, as well as being slightly cloying. The carbonation was so high it felt like drinking a apricot soda or something. As with other Sea Dog brews I have had, they are close to being good but just not quite there. No exception with this one.

Reviewed from notes.
Consumed on tap at Federal Jack’s.
This was poured into a pint glass.
There was a quarter finger white foamy head that dissipated within second (bar pour) no worries. There was barely any lacing.
The smell did have the apricot to it.
The taste took the apricot and added a slight heavy grainy kick to it (yup, that must be the wheat).
On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body with a slight sessionable quality to it letting go half decent with food.
Overall, not a bad beer, but not a stellar one. It goes down the hatch best with food.

Location: Sampled at Living Social Beerfest, 12/6/13
Aroma: The nose is apricot/fruity and wheat mostly, as you'd expect
Appearance: It pours a a hazed yellow color with an off-white head on it
Flavor: The flavor is similar, fruity, sweet, and a little wheat
Palate: The body is light-medium, with a fairly clean, refreshing finish on the mouth
Overall Impression: This certainly isn't a great beer, but for what it is trying to be it works decently. As far as this style goes, you could certainly do a lot worse.
