Clear, honey gold with a small, white head. Scent is.....apricot...peach. Taste is.....apricot...peach. It’s not really up my alley, but it IS what it says it is. Too sweet, too fruity, too soft.

12 oz. bottle labeled as Kennebunkport Apricot Wheat. Purchased @ Trader Joe’s. Nose is tangy apricots. Flavor is water downed wheat and some apricot juice. Watery thin body. It’s like drinking carbonated, watered down fruit juice. This is a sorry excused of a fruit beer. Well, it was only $1.17 for a bottle. But spend that dollar elsewhere.

Refrigerated bottle that says Sea Dog Apricot and 4.7% poured best enjoyed before (March 2012) into a white wine glass. Pours pale golden with white head that dissapates quickly. Little lacing, medium/light body, thin texture, and light apricot aroma. Taste is light apricot.

Foamy fizzy golden. Total apricot nose with some cream soda elements. Crisp apricot up front, flabby sweetish lager like finish, lingering candy like cloy. Not very good.

Sampled from a 12 oz brown bottle this beer poured a medium golden color with a medium sized foamy white head that faded quickly. The aroma was tart and sweetish apricot with a light undertone that was bready and wheaty. The flavor was dryish, tart and bitter with an off artificial apricot note and faint touches of nut and bread. The finish was medium length dry and tangy artificial apricot. Medium body.Decent.

Bottle, $1.80 from Wine Warehouse, Charlottesville. Pours golden with a large white head. Smells like apricot, for sure, and I love apricots, but for some reason this isn’t all that appealing to me. Flavor is a mild apricot wheat, and better than the nose. Can taste some real bitterness of the fruit in the finish, but a bit thin in the mouth.

Pours clear cold into a shaker. White head quickly recedes to nothing. Very sweet apricot aromas. Astringent apricot jelly upfront turning to dry butterscotch in the abrupt finish.
