Draft @ Martha’s. Completely clear gold with lasting white head in the English Pint glass. Lots of retention. Nose is floral hops and citrus. Flavors of pine hops, caramel malt and a slightly lingering bitterness. Low carbonation giving a nearly flat like feeling. Oily texture with a lightly Earthy finish. Overall this is a well-made IPA.

Comes to the table a mostly clear medium golden color with with a stingy off white head that becomes wisps of foam in short order. Smells of citrus and pine with hints of lemon and dish soap. Light bready and caramel malts come in to provide a hint of balance and sweetness. The flavor is caramel malty sweet with enough earthy and citrus hop flavor to keep it from cloying. Medium body with a moderate level of carbonation and a sweet slick resinous mouthfeel. Decent IPA, a bit soapy at times, but I found no trouble getting to the bottom of the glass.

on tap-pours yellow with a retaining offwhite head. Aroma is pine/soft citrus. Taste is lemon/some pine/spice hops, 2nd light malt. Easty. Soft carbonation, close to a nitro pour.
