[2/18/15] Draught at Noble Ale Works in Anaheim. Clear golden. Lovely fruity hops aroma. Flavor has mild sweetness, fruity hops, tropical and citric, and a bitterish finish. Medium-bodied. Very nice and refreshing.

Draft at the brewpub. Pours hazy gold with a white foam head. Great stuff, lots of dry citrus fruits, nips of piney bitterness. Light to medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Nicely balanced on the finish, moderately sweet pale malts, further citrus. Good one.

Draft. Poured a slightly hazy orange color with a nice white head. A very nice citrus and grapefruit note to this one. Sweet malts, citrus from hops. A middle of the road, well made pale ale.

Bomber from Bine & Vine. Pours light amber with a slight creamy white head. There’s a lot of citrus in the aroma. Near med body. Flavor starts with light fruit and booms on into heavy grapefruit rind. There’s not a great deal of malt, but there’s a load of hop flavor. It is pretty tasty ale. Finishes bitter.

Bottle. Pours with a crystal clear orange hued body with a very small and fading white head that fades to a ring and leaves low lace. Thankfully the appearance is probably the weakest aspect of this beer. Aromas show a massive hop bouquet, herbal, tangerine, spicy citrus, baked apple, low malt. Very nice indeed! Flavors show a medium to medium light bitterness, but lots of hop character: floral, tangerine, zesty citrus, lightly faded melon, very light malt, low esters. Obviously very fresh hop wise, but there is a very light oxidative character already showing in the bottle. It is only very slight and out of place (possibly a bottling issue). Lower carbonation, medium bodied and dry. Surprisingly good!
