Deep blond color. Very nice aroma, hoppy, floreal, honeyish. Creamy flavor, spicy malt, light residual sweetness, good but less interesting than the aroma. Medium bitterness.

Tap at Die Heeren van Liedekerke. A house beer. Pours hazy dark gold with a large, creamy white head. Sweet aromas of light stone fruit. Medium body with smooth, creamy carbonation. Flavor is hop and light fruit. Finishes bitter. Definitely.

33 cL bottle. Pours hazy orange with a huge white head. Dry phenolic and yeasty aroma with a mild caramel malt note in the aroma too. Mild fruity, towards orange fruity. Medium sweet to dry phenolic flavoured. Holds a mild caramel malt base towards the finish. Smooth and slight warming finish. Classic Belgian blonde towards triple.

Bottled. A hazy golden beer with a lazing beige head. The aroma is sweet malty with some spice notes and fruit. The flavor is quite sweet with notes of fruit - especially peaches, as well as notes of milk, and alcohol, leading to a dry and lightly spicy finish. The mouthfeel is very smooth.

Bottle, 6.8% at De Heeren van Liedekercke. Mildly spicy hop aroma, slightly sweet. Clear dark golden colour. Big stable creamy head. The flavour is sweet and spicy, soapy and perfumy. The bitterness is a bit rough, but that is OK in order to clean out some of the soap. This is a rather unrefined beer, but nevertheless, it is drinkable. After getting to the bottom of the bottle, I must adjust my notes a little. The addition of the sediment has added a more complex and spicy yeast note to the aroma as well as the flavour. The mouthfeel also seems a bit more full and creamy.
