Mexican style Dark Lager. Deep Amber color with subtle notes of roast/toasted malts, but still light and easy to drink. Served with a lime.

Draft flight at the brewery in Melbourne, Florida. Pours a semi-clear reddish bronze color with no head or lacing. Faint malt aroma. I would call this a dark lager lite. It has a very light body but it is good dark lager flavor. It's also fairly sweet which I like in a beer. I actually like this better than any of the bacon beers. Light body and light carbonation. Zero bitterness. Very easy drinking. Smooth and clean.
