Pale, slight haze. Not much head. Smells rathee sharply acetic, has a soft plum note and a fair bit of acidity, though not as much on the acetic side as expected. For me the base doesn’t quite get there and the fruit expression is somewhat low.

On tap at Threefold, pours a cloudy yellowish blonde with a small white head. Nose has a nice farmhouse yeast expression, with rustic notes, gentle plum that seems mostly fermented out, and light hay. Flavour is bright, with a nice, subtly tart plum character, very gentle residual sweetness, and farmhouse character that nicely marries with the plums. Not super complex or refined, but the plums come out well and the farmhouse character is fairly satisfying. Solid.

On tap at Threefold. Pours hazy blonde with a white head. Juicy plums, tart skins, and spicy saison yeast on the nose. Flavour has juicy tart plums, skins, a light amount of tannins, spicy saison yeast; moderate acidity, maybe a touch acetic. The plums come through nicely and the beer is pleasantly complex for the low ABV.

On tap. Pours a dull gold with full head. Aromas of farmhouse, dusty grapes, maybe some plums, and soft wheaty malts. Flavors of same with additional tart plum skin.
