Pours amber from the bottle. Moderate foamy crown. The aroma is honey with floral notes. Taste is caramel sweet, a touch of toffee, mild herbal notes that counterbalance the sweetness. Stays the same through the finish. Simple, but still decent.

Draft at Boise Fry Company. Lots of lively carbonation, negligible head. Medium amber body highlights the malts, mildly sweet throughout. Kind of sticky finish. Solid amber.

Bottle. Beer of the month club. Clear amber color with a medium off-white head. Aroma of light graininess, some slightly toasty malt, caramel hints, some floral hops and light fruity notes. Slightly sweetish malt flavor, a bit toasty and caramelly, continues dry with hops bitterness, a bit earthy. Medium-bodied. Pretty quaffable.

Pour is a clear dark amber with a small white head. Aroma is sugary sweet malt maybe a little gingerbread. Flavor is bland sweet malts, no hop presence and a little plastic toward the end. Very watery and bland.

12oz bottle. Hazy, unfiltered amber-tan. Big, foamy head. Odd soured aroma, some fruity amber malt nuances. Some sourish notes up front give the impression that the beer is infected. Still not an unenjoyable beer, the sourness gives it some zesty life...well maybe too much. Really overshadows any malt or hop attributes. One dimensional in it’s infection. Another off beer from Jenifer Street market.

Bottle: Pours a hazy copper copper (light amber at best) color with a large, creamy beige head. Sticky bits of lacing cling to the glass everywhere. Aroma is dry and earthy, bready, and lightly sweet. The first thing about the taste is lots of bready notes. Then it gets a bit watery before a soapy ending...
