Trouble in paradise! A frivolous damsel enters the scene. It is a young lady that over a few months matured in oak wine barrels, which gave her a deep but soft-bitter tannin aftertaste. The taste is full and complex because the brewers induced a controlled souring during the ripening process. The Mam´zelle is by origin a blond beer. Ripening gave her a soft red glow. This is the reason why she is called ‘high-blond’. The alcohol percentage is 8.5 volume. Brewers maintain that she is ‘untameable’.

Bottle. Pours a clear earthy gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has earthy light fruits with a slight tartness, red wine barrel and some light spice underlying. Flavor has light spice up front with earthy funk, a growing tartness and a bit of wine barrel backing.
