After the successful collaboration last year, we are proud to team up with Alefarm Brewing again on a new double DIPA project. Lost & Found is a celebration of contrasts and shared passion – two breweries, two interpretations of the style and one complete beer set.

Lost offers a rich, thick and velvety mouthfeel created by a complex malt base with wheat and oats, among other things. The hop profile is clearly fruity and exotic, with notes of ripe mango, peach, citrus and pineapple from Citra, Krush and Rakau, supported by floral and light grapefruit nuances from the Cascade mash hops. The yeast selection contributes discreet tropical esters that tie the taste experience together and give the beer a soft, round expression.

The bitterness is solid but well-balanced, so the focus remains on aroma and juiciness – despite the 8.0% alcohol. Together, Lost & Found shows how the same basic idea can be interpreted very differently and still play perfectly together – a collab set that celebrates both diversity and a shared love of hoppy Double IPAs.

Lost er en Hazy DIPA brygget med Cascade som mash hop, Citra Dynaboost i whirlpool, Citra, Citra CRYO, Krush og Rakau i dry hop.
Gæret med WLP077 Tropicale Ale Yeast.

Mild aroma, crisp malts, faint fruity hops.
Very nice and very balanced flavor with lime and grapefruit dominating on a neutral but crisp malty base.

Can 44 cl. Pours a cloudy opaque orangey golden with a small and lacing white head. Classic aroma of citrus and yeast. Medium body, dry and citrusy. And what’s not so classic is a distinctly bitter finish. 300726

Can. Pours hazy straw with stable white head. Clear aroma of malt and fruit, with notes of citrus and touches of yeast. Bitter, hoppy and citric flavour with sweetish notes of fruit and malt, and estery touches. Bitter and dey aftertaste with fruiy hints. Well-balanced and satiating. Decent work.

Can, 8.0%. Good fruity aroma, also some sweetness, marshmallow or vanilla or something along those lines. Cloudy yellow to golden colour. Good stable chalk white head. The flavour is quite bitter but also has done sweetness to balance. Has a fair deal of hop bite, actually. No vanilla in the flavour, but perhaps pineapple and marshmallow. I would have liked it less bitter, but it has most of the good characteristics of a NEIPA.

Getting mango and peach Stonefruit layers with some citrusy pomelo and lime, sweetish malty backbone with a balanced light bitter hoppy close. Decent.
