You meet a lot of incredible people in the brewing world, but it’s rare to find those who align on every level - from brewing philosophy to the way they care for the craft, the community, and sharing a few beers after a long day.
This collaboration feels long overdue. We remember the early days before Messorem even existed, back when we were still finding our footing. Sharing beers at 112 Lake Street, talking shop… It’s wild to look back now, 10 and 8 years later respectively, and see everything they’ve built while staying such close friends the whole way.

We brewed this one in both Vermont and Montréal, so you’ll be able to find it on both sides of the border.

Armpit! Or if you want to be nice you could say musk melon. Some mineral and fruit salad emerge with a bit of clementine and zesty lime. Honey and white bread-like malts easily balance.
Lemon-lime with sweet, round peach and pineapple. Typical table sugary, flimsy malt quality that I get from a lot of their IPAs which, ultimately, ruins it for me. Hops have some interest, of course, but both breweries can do much better than this.

16 oz can. Aroma is weak melon, bread like malt, and maybe some citrus peel. Flavor is mostly the same with the addition of Lemon and line. I can almost taste the Messorem influence. Perhaps Messorem used their yeast?
Lighter body with a soft herb bitterness. Or black pepper?

On tap at Foam Brewers Burlington. Hazy yellow coloured, medium sized white head, citrusy and light herbal nose. Citrusy, herbal, notes of tangerine and mild grassy with sweetish finish.

Poured into a tulip.
Appearance is as shown in the picture.
Aroma: sharp lemony bittersweet hop tones with some white grapey/somewhat hop oily scents then some hop spice and super light melon-ish hoppiness; super light clean malts
Flavor: seems to push out that white grapey/hop oily-ness as now it's nowhere to be found and is replaced with more of a hop spice/kinda white pepper-ish tone rolling into the melon (and now seems to be more cantaloupe-like); odd finish - semi-quick with a pinch of dryness and the melon
Texture: light to medium bodied - maybe a touch closer to medium? I think... Sessionable? Hmmm, yeah, somewhat. Light smoothness along the tongue. Low carb is there and low hop bitterness.
Overall: kinda an odd one and makes me think this is pretty different than other Foam IPA's, I think I liked it.
