Tap at Nakameguro. Dark brown black colour, big creamy gold head. Aroma is creamy, milky, roasty malt, slight fruitiness. Taste is nice and creamy, smooth, milky again, bit cola cubes like, some fruitiness too. Quite nice. Very easy drinking.

Draft at the source. Black color, tan head, solid lacing. Aroma of chocolate milk. Taste is carbonated Hershey’s syrup.

Draught at Craft Beer Market Toranomon, Tokyo. Black colour with a beige head. Some lacing. Sweet coffee aroma. Sweet coffee and roasted malt flavour.

Nice rich roasted malty nose. Big roasty mouth that is somewhat smooth. Roasted malty finish. Drinks bigger than 4%.

Pours deep brown with a large, dark tan head that refused to go quietly into the night. Aroma is roasted malts, coffee, chocolate, oats, and light anise. Has a medium, creamy mouth. Flavor is roasted, coffee, cocoa, and some smoke. A real tasty stout but I could use more complexity.
