Hazy amber colour. Aroma is quite fruity and hoppy. Flavour is less so and has a woody bitterness that’s not so nice.

Keg @ Old Gate, Hebden Bridge. Hazy deeper amber with a thin head. Has plenty of toffee in its aroma, but this is fused with a fruitiness in its taste, and there’s a clear strength to it to. Hops are evident and there’s a dryness from them.

Can @Mad for Beer (Rome). Pours amber with a medium off-white head. Aroma is malty with fruity notes, peach, mango, pineapple, light bubblegum. Flavour is a bit unbalanced, medium malt profile with a decent bitter end. Medium body, medium carbonation. First time I had this was terrible, now it’s a decent old style IPA.

Appearance: Nice deep/amber golden color with a fine white head. Ok lacing. Looks really nice.
Aroma: To much toffee and dried fruits. Not that inviting.
Palate: Medium + body. The bitterness did not cover up the sweet malty stuff. Average carbonation.
Taste: To much toffee, resin, some pine and dried fruits in the flavor.
Overall impression: Unbalanced sweetness and to much toffee.
Personal stats: Can from Port Street Beer House in Manchester, England.
