The IPA is brewed with American Cascade and Australian Galaxy hop varieties that deliver a massive hit of passion fruit, mango and peach aromas and flavour. But the beer is well-balanced, with rich biscuit malt and a creamy note from the addition of wheat. It finishes hoppy, bitter, fruity and malty -- a finely-rounded and refreshing beer.

Bottle by Cuso, thanks! Lots of biscuity maltiness in both aroma and flavour. More than I would like but it does not throw the beer entirely off-balance. Only partly. Hops plays a secondary part here, citrusy and zesty. Good just not stellar. Even the finish belongs to caramel.

Can. Sourced Market, St. Pancras. Drunk from the can. Really fruity, grapefruit and pine resin hoppage. Some tinned strawberry. Taste is sweet, turning chewy, resinous bitter. Soft, boogaloo palate. Some creamy soul on the finish. Matches perfectly with a Lina Stores spinach and mozzarella frittata.

330ml bottle from Ales by Mail. Pours deep hazy gold with good off-white head. Syrupy tropical fruit / orange aroma. Fairly hefty hop character, verging into American DIPA territory. A decent flavoursome, hoppy IPA.

Keg at Craft Beer Co, Islington, London. A hazy straw coloured pour with a medium white head on top. Hoppy, tropical fruit, grapefruit aroma. Tastes similar, hoppy, malty, tropical fruit, grapefruit, slight sweetness. This went down far too easily, nice IPA.

Bottle from Drinkmonger. Hazy orange body with a medium white head. Low carbonation. Nice lacing. Aroma of Chinook hops - grapefruit and pine. Flavour of big hop bitterness, orange and lime. Medium body with a chewy mouthfeel. Soft fizz. Very raw and bitter. Good, but not particularly unique or memorable.

Bottle 330ml (from London)
Clear copper-amber color, small steady white head, some lace. Fruity and resiny aroma. Medium-bodied. Clear balanced malty & hoppy flavor. Fruityness then late resiny bitterness in the long aftertaste. Well-brewed without any extra gimmicks.
