Tap at the brewery. Cloudy orange, small head. Aroma banana, wheaty. Taste is wheaty, bit of bitterness, creamy, lemon. Pretty nice. Spritzy. I was feeling pretty rotten when I had this, so it was a pleasant surprise.

On tap at the GJBF in Osaka 2014. 5% a very cloudy light straw gold with a spicy rye or wheat like aroma, possibly a touch of citrus? Light bodied but satisfying due to the smooth wheat/rye mouthfeel. The taste is light but ok, an earthy malt showcase but on the light side leaving me wanting more than it gives me.

very cloudy, clovey, banana nose with just a touch of rye. Fairly heavy body, but smooth mouth. Weizen character dominates over rye.kinda boring, needs more rye.

Draft at the source. Murky yellow color, thick white head. Aroma of sourdough bread and citrus. Taste is spiced and slightly sour bubblegum. More wheat than rye.

Draught at the brewery. Cloudy orange gold, fine lacy head. Spicy nose, esters, wheat, some rye. Nice spice rye comes out with a basic weien character. Peppery, estery, light tartness. Great balance and good character, though could use more rye.
