Tap at CBM Awajicho. Pale blonde colour, white creamy head. Aroma is clove, ultra spicy, bit weird, medicinal. Bit of grain, but totally dominated by the spice. Taste is lightly wheaty, little bit of banana and cream, but once again medicinal, like a muscle strain heat patch I would imagine. Very thin too. Where's the body? Obviously I drank it, but it's not very nice. I think swan lake are overrated.

Poured from the tap at Bungalow. Very cloudy yellow with white head. Clove, banana, wheat, but a bit too light.

On tap at Grillman Japan Craft Beer and Wine, Nagoya. Hazy golden to orange with a white head. Fruity, wheaty and yeasty aroma, as expected. Medium ripe bananas with some spicy notes. Moderate to medium sweet with quite nice wheaty flavours and a mild acididty. Fairly tasty and quite refreshing.

On tap at Pub Edo in July 2014. Pale straw color with a foamy white head. Aromas of clove, banana, wheat and citrus. Has a kind of sour-like funkiness coming out as well. Taste is mostly wheat with banana. Fairly thin-bodied with an overly carbonated texture. Really just OK. --- Beer merged from original tick of Swan Lake White Swan Weizen on 16 Feb 2016 at 14:43

Bottle at RBJG 2 Grand Tasting. Opaque yellow colour with a white head. Sour wheat aroma. Sightly sour wheat and citrus flavour.

Bottle by mail order from the brewery. Very cloudy, golden yellow color, thin white head that quickly subsided. Rather weak aroma, wheat malt, grains, butter, some cloves, banana, and citrus as well. Less spicy than a usual weizen. Light body, crisp flavor, good wheat malt with the usual spices and bananas. Little sourness. Very light and clean. Easy to drink and refreshing, though the taste may suffer a bit from the lightness.

Glowing hay with a medium, frothy white head. Aroma is light wheat, some fruits, citrus, banana, some earth, and very little yeast. Flavor is a muted version of the soft aroma. Wheat, light citrus, earthy, and yeast in the flavor. Body is a bit too carbonated. A boring hefe. Gimmie their amber 10x over this.

A weizen on training wheels. Yes, you have bananas and cloves, but everything is way to thin and unbalanced. Well carbonated, but that doesn’t pull it together. Is this the same brewery that made the Amber?
