Bottle thanks to a trade! Pours a clear burnt siena with a touch of red and an off-white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a nice light sour acidity with some underlying flora, wine and light fruits. Flavor has more of a floral note with a nice underlying light sour fruit note and a dry wine like finish. A bit thin on the tongue.

Bottle @ home during my #5,000 tick fest, courtesy of arminjewell. Pours a cloudy, peachish appearance with an off white head. Somewhat floral, cherry pie, earthy, moderately vinous, light grape aroma. Somewhat spicy, moderately yeasty, sweet cherry, red grape, moderately floral/rose, fairly fruity flavor. Fairly dry finish. Pretty tasty, interesting brew.

Bottle from Gingerman I bought for Sunday night Patriots game. Pours cloudy pink kinda looks like grapefruit juice. Nose is floral and citrus with thin head but some lacing. Tastes of grapefruit, earth, Brett, grass, and floral. I get more hibiscus than the other florals. Very dry on finish and not as tart as I would think.

Bottle from the brewery. Pours a murky rose color with a large frothy head. Good head retention and lacing. Kinda chunky, but it’s the last pour, just the way I like it. Bottled 5/12. Aroma of big floral notes, vegetal and earthy notes and a mildly funky finish. The taste is floral and vegetal notes, earthy notes, citrus and mild funk. Medium bodied.

Thick, lightly pinkish head, stable over orange-pink, clouded beer. Very fruity (& vinous) nose; cherry, but also other fruit - rosehips definitely possible. Quite some acids emerging in the nose: fruit-, lactic, but I seem to get also faint acidic. But intensely fruity and iniviting. Sourish, near-tart fruity flavour. Again sour cherry, pomegranate juice, rosehips, wild plums, and also the elderberries emerging. Finish is dry, with a spicy touch. Feels more carbonated than it looks. Dry, extremely refreshing, light body. Excellent fruitbeer. Really nice and aaaarrrrghhh ’more-ish’. Many thanks to Chris Kabouter and Freddy!
