Draft @ 800° Three Fires. Spicy chamomile, bubblegum, lavender, slight yeast, and white grape aroma. Clear pale gold with a moderate creamy head. Chamomile, light bready malt, lavender, grassy flavor - very herbal. Light body, moderate carbonation. I love herbal florals, so I really enjoyed this one. If you’re not a fan of herbal florals, then this will probably seem medicinal to you.

City Tap House, Philadelphia ($6): Pours a golden color with a white head. Aroma is vegetal, spicy, and herbal. Taste is similar. Kind of tastes like medicine, herbs, and vegetables. I think I actually like tis better than I like most biere de gardes, which are often disappointing.

Draft at the source. Hazy pale yellow color, fluffy white head, solid lacing. Aroma of fresh grass and hay. Taste is bitter and slightly funky grass.

Hazy golden with a white head. Aroma is nice spice, yeast, lemon, and grass. Medium bodied with solid carbonation. Flavor was lemon, grass, yeast, spice, and light pepper. Very refreshing and enjoyable. Finish was crisp. packed quite a tasty and flavorful beer in at around 4.5% abv. It’s the low alcohol buddy of their Helios. Would love to see it brewed again.
