Bottle from Bine & Vine. Pours hazy ruddy brown with a transient tan head. Aroma of old ale, old raspberries and old wood. And does somewhat smell like cab grapes. Med body or so. Flavor is somewhat tart/sour raspberry with oak astringency and some cab grape. Maybe there’s a slight fustiness with the wood. It has aged nicely.

Lots of bretta, lots of dark sour plum. Pours clear maroon with good head and lacing. Raspberry tang prominent here and good dose of wine. A little mouth puckering and tangy on finish, the aging has done this well I imagine. Bottle pour from Churchkey’s 5th anniversary, thanks to Jackl for sharing this.

355ml bottle from a trade, thanks wchesser!
Bottled SEPT 21 2012 - Pours dark reddish brown with a foamy head. Aroma of sour raspberries, wood, vinous notes, oak, yeast and tartness. Taste is sour, sweetish and vinous with loads of raspberries, ripe tart fruits and funky yeast. Finish is mouth dryingly sour and lactic with notes of tart raspberries and vinous oakiness. Quite complex and massive sour ale.

35,5 cl bottle @ olio, bottled 21.09.2012
Aroma is sour with lots of berries, sweet maltiness and some red wine. Flavour is very tart and sour with red wine, currants, some vinegar and sour cherries. Also some lactic acid and tart raspberry tones. I like the aggressive sourness here. Even though this is close to a Flamish red ale.

Bottle thanks to Awlcordell. Pours hazy cherry amber with a small creamy long lasting tan head that laces well. Aroma is oaky, tart cherry, vinous, a bit of basement and funky horse blanket. Flavor has some initial raspberry sweetness that dries out into medium tartness, some acidity from the barrel. Light but noticeable funkiness going on there too. Oaky, a bit tannic, fruity and vinous. Very nice; comparable to a cross between Supplication and Consecration.

Sample at First Sunday. Pours orange, with a small, off-white head. Aromas of caramel, raspberries, and lemon zest. This has a very sour flavor, with some citrusy sweetness. Medium body, crisp and acidic, and effervescent. Nice clean finish. This is an outstanding sour, with aggressive sourness, but still somehow approachable.

Pours deep ruby-tinged mahogany into a snifter. White head with little retention recedes to hug rim. Raspberry and cabernet aromas. Tart with raspberries upfront turning to oak in the middle before a lasting lactic finish.

12 oz. bottle, pours a murky dark amber / mahogany with a small beige head. Aroma brings out raspberries and red wine, and mild dry tartness. Flavour is full of potent red raspberries and dry red wine notes. Bone dry and extraordinarily fruity with the raspberries, and only mildly tart. Finishes with extremely dry red wine notes. Great stuff.
