Bottle thanks to Brad. Pours a cloudy yellow with frothy white head that lasts. The aroma is pepper, smoke, salt, lemon zest. Medium mouth with strong smoke, light pepper, citrus and wheat. Good.

Bottle. Pours clear to hazy butterscotch, large puffy white head that dissipates slowly and laces well. Aroma is smoky, grassy, touch of lemon, a bit of mushroom like damp basement. Flavor is very light sweet, light plus smoke, some damp basement funk and a bit of citric tartness. Light body, too carbonated - let it rest a bit. Pretty enjoyable.

Bottle shared by Brad at RBWG 2014, thanks! Pours a very hazy pale yellow with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a smokey light wheat notes with a bit of light fruits that are slightly tart. Flavor has a light wheat note with a growing light smoked meat note.

Bottle @ home courtesy of a chill trader. Thanks! Pours a bit hazy, light yellow appearance with a white head. Burnt, woody smoky, a bit tangy lemon, spritzy aroma. Tangy, somewhat earthy/herbal/woody smoky flavor with some tartness, lemon, and vanilla. This bottle is 9 months old but the beer has held up surprisingly well. Pretty refreshing.

On tap @ Gaasa. This one pours a cloudy yellow golden body and it has a light to lacing white head. The nose is light salty and smokey in a way. It has a light wherry to with clear reference to citrus and citrus peal. A little bit of pomelo also. It's really light on the mouthfeel this, what I would call thin and it has a nice comfortable soft carbonation level. Nice light citrussy mild flavors at first before the smoke really kicks you in the lungs! Salty cured and smoked sweet ham with corn and a little bit of hay. Really different and surprisingly easy to drink. I'm liking this. 24.05.2013
