We’re excited to announce our third and final Wavy Days 2026 collaboration beer: Water Finds Water, brewed with our good friends @schillingbeerco from Littleton, NH.
Inspired by the timeless European lagers that both of our breweries love to brew and drink, Water Finds Water is crafted with nearly 100% Vienna malt and traditional lager brewing techniques. Rich yet incredibly drinkable, it pours a brilliant golden-amber with notes of fresh-baked bread, toasted crust, honey, and light caramel, balanced by delicate floral hop character and a crisp, refreshing finish that keeps you coming back for another sip.

Pour is a nice amber with a large white head. Aroma is fresh crushed grain and there is a herbal hop to this. Flavor is more of the crushed grain and the herbal hops make an appearance with a minimal sweetness left over. This was a decent Vienna.

Oh man, that's nice! In place of big, toasted and caramel-forward grains like you get in so many Viennas, you've got more base malt character with only a supplement of toasted malt. Clean, crisp, clear with a big aroma and fruity, herbal hops.
Acts similar in flavor, though maybe a touch round, soft, sweet. Maybe the lagering program is not quite as developed at ML, and it just doesn't get as good a fermentation, though it is clean. Fruity, soft, sweet. Surprisingly low Vienna character; just a smattering of toast. Very low acidity/bittering. Too low in this case, IMHO.

Can at home watching Sox so nice to see a two New England state collab. Clear amber and frothy top. Nose is toasted grains and malty. Tatses of toasted bread crust, caramel, malt, hint of plum and golden raisins. Thinner bodied.

Can shared by CLW--thanks, Chris! Lightly hazy gold with no sparkle, thin head, trace lacing. Aroma is strong malt and light floral/fruit. Taste strong malt, mellow floral/fruit. Smooth, frothy texture, soft carbonation, finish as taste. Good strength and nice floral/fruity aspect.
