Dark amber colored lager. Bready aroma with a silky mouthfeel a lot of chocolate in the aftertase with just enough hops to balance the sweetness.

On tap at Brouwerij Troost, Amsterdam on 19th March 2015. Red to copper with quickly decaying off-white foam and no lacing. Caramel malt aroma with toffee flavours. Spicy caramel and citrus in-mouth with lemon and herb touches. Finish becomes dry and hoppy with spices and grassy herbs. Surprisingly light texture and body.
