Our fresh traditional German-style Weiss Beer. Malty wheat bouquet brimming with clove and banana aromas. Wheat and barley balance with imported German noble hops.
Unfiltered for a natural flavor. The finish is malty, smooth and refreshing.

12 oz bottle-pours a thin white head. Color is a semi-cloudy gold/straw. Aroma is wheat&sweet. Taste is wheat, pear (clove) and has good carbonation.

Draught at Brewtopia ’04 This starts off with the proper appearance of a huge frothy head and a nice cloudy yellow body. Strange aroma is somewhat bacon-like?? No banana at all here. It gets back on track with a spicy clove flavor. I didn’t care for this one. re-rate 7/18/05 The flavor and aroma was improved this time around but this time it had no head. Better flavor gets it a higher new score in any case.

Very cloudy, very pale yellow appearance. Marshmallowy sweet, with a light spiciness (cinnamon). Slightly dry and earthy. Well-made.

Looks like a watered down version of their classic wheat beer - tastes pretty much like it, to, just without the bitterness - an uneventful little beer - just slightly better than a mass-market lager.
