Bottle from Mitsuya's. Very clear, golden amber colour, bubbly golden head. Aroma is doughy, but of spice, bready malt. Maybe slightly floral. Taste is quite subtle and maybe a bit one dimensional, but quite nice. Bit of caramel, bit of malt. Quite smooth. Just a hint of a hoppy prickle at the end. Quite simple but nice and easy drinking. Maybe it lost a bit of spike in the trip over here, but I still like it.
