A full-flavored amber ale made with roasted caramel malt. Richly colored and medium-bodied, Alleycat is an assertive blend of malts with a sprightly cascade of hops.

Draft at Delirium Hoppy Loft. Pours clear dark amber with a small off white head. Aroma of bready malt, light fruit and toffee. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter. Light medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Thx! for sharing. Sampled draft @ Delirium Hoppy Loft. Dark red amber, small tanned head. Nose is oily yoghurt in a bad way, white sugar, candy,… Taste is overly yoghurt heavy, milky, sugar, yeast, candy, caramel, light pine in the back. Milky yeast body. Far too bad yoghurt forward for my liking. Not a fan.

Bottle. Rich amber beer with a tan head. Light grapefruit and light roasted malt aroma. Grapefruit and caramel flavor. Medium bodied. Grapefruit and caramel lingers with light pine and light darker malts.

Bottle at San Juan. Clear copper color, steady off-white head. Bready and Earthy aroma. Light to medium-bodied. Bready, slightly fruity, caramelly. Finish has touch of citrus and alcohol. Probably needs to be more fresh.

This is one top notch and tasty brew. Dark copper color, a small skin of head, streaky lacing. Caramel, malt with a light hop accent. Mildly sweet with a hint of stinging bitterness. Really, really enjoyable.

Draft - Caramel malts and some grain. Clear amber with a rich white head. Dark grainy malts with a bit of toffee. The hops are subtle in the background and a slight bitter bite that finishes clean. A decent but boring beer.

On tap at Lost Coast, pours a clear copper with a medium white head. Aroma is very light, with notes of toasted bread and light fruitiness. Flavour brings out dry toasted bread, slight fruitiness, and a touch of caramel. Pretty boring beer, but decently enough made. Okay.

Pretty good amber. Good in the right places. Pours amber. Smell slightly hoppy, malty. Has slightly bitter aftertaste. Some tang at the end as well, almost metallic. Carbonation slightly above average. Slick consistency. Bottle.
