Pils Alsacienne est brassée avec du Strisselspalt, un houblon alsacien. Hallertau Mittelfruh et Tettnanger. Le résultat est une Pilsner bien sèche et craquante avec une belle touche de houblons. L’équilibre entre le malt, le houblon en fait un breuvage d’une redoutable buvabilité.

Clean, light golden-yellow colour with a frothy white cap, good retention and foamy lacing. Fresh herbal aromas with a touch of spicy Pils malts. The herbaceous flavours continues over the mild cereal malt base. A crisp mouthfeel with a nice drying finish. Beautiful light grassiness lingers, with a touch of spiciness. A really good Pilsner, that refreshes with amazing herbal notes, balanced with the mild spicy maltiness.

Can: Poured a golden color lager with a medium size white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of cereal notes with some dry floral hoppy undertones. Taste is a mix of cereal notes with some dry noble floral hops notes with a dry finish. Body is about average with good carbonation. I love the dryness in this lager.
