Pils Alsacienne est brassée avec du Strisselspalt, un houblon alsacien. Hallertau Mittelfruh et Tettnanger. Le résultat est une Pilsner bien sèche et craquante avec une belle touche de houblons. L’équilibre entre le malt, le houblon en fait un breuvage d’une redoutable buvabilité.

Can: Poured a golden color lager with a medium size white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of cereal notes with some dry floral hoppy undertones. Taste is a mix of cereal notes with some dry noble floral hops notes with a dry finish. Body is about average with good carbonation. I love the dryness in this lager.
