bottle thanks to Creedon, pours hazy bright yellow with a medium white head. Aroma is full of cereal malts, wheat, corn, some grassy character as well. Flavor is very light and citrusy, lots of lemon peel and juicy orange character.

bottle - Pours cloudy straw colored with a thin white head. It has a mild yeasty aroma with hints of citrus and spice. The flavor is sweet and light, decent with not much going on in it. It’s light bodied and alright, but uninspiring.

"Schlafly Unfiltered Wheat Hefeweizen." Bottle. Hazy gold color with a frothy white head. Fresh grainy aroma with a touch of citrus and some spice. Near medium body with creamy carbonation. Flavor is fresh grain and citrus, with only a hint of banana. Tastes great.

Bottle. Not a lot going on in this beer, but it certainly is easy enough to drink and doesn’t offend. Cloudy golden body with a short, white head. The aroma is light with some notes of lemon, citrus and grain. The flavor is lightly to moderately sweet and lightly bitter. The finish is lightly tart and moderately dry. Medium body, watery texture and average carbonation.

Draft pint. Hey, at the St. Louis bar where this was on tap, I saw more glasses of this than of Bud Light! They also seem to working the word "Unfiltered" into the official name, too. well, I’m still fighting a cold, so I left the lemon in this time, meaning a lemony smell couldn’t be avoided. Dark yellow and hazy. Taste stays light here, even the lemony aspect is welcome. Low in the usual hefe esters, which I appreciate. Goes down nocely paired with a Buffaol chicken wrap.

Sample at the Lambert St. Louis airport location. Lightly hazed yellow-gold color with a thin white head that disappears rather fast. Top ring of lace with spots underneath. Wheat and mild hops in the nose. Light body with a bland wheat and malt flavor with a hint of banana. The finish is wheaty with a slight yeast aftertaste. Unmemorable for the most part.

Bottle. Tasted at Schlafly tasting at the Lukas KCMO wine bar. Straight forward American wheat, in m opinion. Not a fan of the style, and this one does nothing to impress me.
